Terms & Conditions for Applicants

• Applicants must ensure that all forms and supporting documents are complete, accurate and submitted within the closing date of submission, incomplete and inaccurate concept papers will not be considered.
• In case of any discrepancy between the soft and hard copy, the hard copy will be considered final and binding.
• Projects funded by RAF must be scheduled to end prior to May 2013.
• Each organisation is eligible for no more than one grant per round.
• All funds are processed in PAK Rupees only.
• All organisations/individuals excluding 'not for profit', must demonstrate availability of funds to carry out activities as no advance payment will be made.
• Applicants with a conflict of interest are required to declare their interest and in case of direct association with RAF will not be eligible to apply (e.g. consortium partners of RAF Programme).

Disqualifiers:

Concept papers with the following characteristics will be disqualified from the selection process: 

• consist primarily of capital expenditure e.g. buildings, vehicles, equipment.
• aim to make a profit.
• discriminate between individuals or groups because of their gender, religious beliefs or lack of religious beliefs.
